Tasting Notes
- Eye: Elegant purple robe with medium to full body
- Nose: Fresh aromas of red berries, cherries, and ripe plums with hints of tobacco and Mediterranean spices
- Palate: Features smooth tannins, a mild attack, and a subtle finish. It’s considered pleasant to drink now with a short decanting period recommended, but can also be aged. Pairing suggestions include grilled meat, red-sauce pasta, and bodied cheeses. The wine should be served at room temperature to enjoy its full harmony.
