VINIFICATION AND AGING

Harvested by hand in small 20 kg crates.

Grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with long contact with lees to round out the palate. The wine is clarified and filtered before bottling.

Description

Tasting Notes

  • The nose is expressive and aromatic. Notes of citrus (grapefruit, lime) are present. As it aerates, more charming aromas of white peach, ripe apricot, and jasmine emerge.
  • The attack is crisp and lively, driven by acidity.
  • The mid-palate gains roundness and fullness, balancing the tension with a silky texture and a sense of volume. The whole is very harmonious, with a beautiful aromatic persistence on fruity and floral notes.
