Terroir
Les Vignes Du Marje started the journey in 2010, the Brand was launched in 2018. Located in the South of Lebanon, Jdeidet Marjeyoun is a town of warm and temperate climate. Winter months are rather rainy and cold and the summer months are warm and dry.
Vinification
Hand harvested. Temperature controlled cold fermentation.

Viognier 65%,
Sauvignon Blanc 30%,
Muscat 5%
Residual sugar: 1 g/L
Serving suggestion and food pairing:
Serve at 12°C. Perfect accompaniment for salads, wide varieties of sea food and shellfish (fruit de mer), roasted grilled chicken, veal, pork, spicy dishes, Asian cuisine and even salty blue cheese.
First born of the south of Lebanon. The white of the Vin du Marje is an explosion of aromas resulting in a peculiar blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains. It offers a balanced harmony of acidity and a strong and intense flavour that is delicate at the same time. Its yellow colour reflects the rays of the sun from the south of Lebanon where it originates.
