Deep red colour with hints of purple colour. It is full bodied wine. This wine has a unique story. It is made from very old grapes from St. Charbel’s hermitage in Annaya. Some people feel the smell of incense. One of its tell-tale signs is notes of red fruits, green bell pepper with dried herbs.

FOOD PAIRING
You will find lively acidity and moderate tannins giving it the style profile fit for any meal. You can areate it for 10 minutes before serving it at 12-13°C.
