TASTING
Pale green colour. Medium bodied wine. Rich on the nose with pineapple, mango and notes of toasted oak, with hazelnut due to addition of oak chips during fermentation and settling.

FOOD PAIRING
Well paired with creamy pasta, roast chicken, grilled salmon and soft cheese. To be served at 12 °C.
