TASTING
This fusion wine is deep crimpson red colour. It is bold and complex blend with firm tannins and balanced acidity, bringing together the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with black fruits, the aromatic lift of Cabernet Franc with a touch of green pepper, the spice and richness of Syrah, the depth of gamey and floral elegance of Mourvedre, and the roundness with red fruits and lively acidity of Sangiovese. Each sip tells a story of five noble varieties coming together in a seamless fusion.

It is well paired with aged cheese, braised lamb, rich pasta dishes and mushroom based recipes.
